not. Your shipping fees are calculated by product weight and shipping class. We charge you the
amount it costs us to ship your item(s) from Boulder, Colorado, to your shipping address, simple as that.
If you’d like to know how much your shipping will be, please place the items in your cart and proceed to
checkout. Your shipping costs and options will be itemized for your viewing
pleasure BEFORE you commit to purchase. This is the best way to calculate
shipping. If you email us asking “How much is shipping?”, we’ll simply direct
you to the store and ask you to walk through the process yourself.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, usually within 1 or 2 business days of payment confirmation.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
US Postal Service Priority:
Expect your item(s) to arrive within 2 to 5
business days following payment confirmation. The US Post Office does not guarantee
their delivery times. The transit time they give for Priority Mail is only an
estimate and should not be considered a guarantee.
US Postal Service Express:
Expect your item(s) to arrive within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.
UPS Ground:
UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters or weather.
We are not responsible for UPS delays, but we will refund your shipping costs
and place the claim for you when UPS's guarantee covers the delay.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
US Postal Service International First Class:
Expect your goods within 10-20 days after payment confirmation. We are not responsible for any brokerage, duties, or taxes your country may charge you before releasing your order.
